An intuition is an impression or hunch. It can point toward a useful question, but it is not the same as evidence. Check what supports the impression, what challenges it, and what remains unknown.

For example, “This kind of task suits me” might follow one useful session. The evidence could be “I stayed interested for fifteen minutes with clear instructions and support.” That observation is worth keeping, but it does not settle how the task would feel under different conditions.

A decision rule names the information that will guide your next choice. It could be “I will consider another try if it fits within this time limit and does not interrupt work.” A protected boundary names what you do not want the next step to cost. Neither needs to become a business plan or a permanent commitment.

Pilot 1 closes here in the app’s current sequence. If useful, look back at one piece of evidence, one condition or strategy worth keeping, one support that mattered, and one Next Decision. You can also name a question for later.

Keep, Change, Test Again, Pause/Park, Stop, Another Direction, and Continue Looking all belong. There is no automatic progression, readiness judgment, or required business direction. You choose whether anything carries forward.

Journal minimum: Save at least one short note in a Try or Reflect box for this lesson. You do not have to answer every question. Write what you noticed, a question, or what you still do not know. If you have not tried the activity, say so. You can use the example instead of personal details. This leaves something to return to in later lessons. Saving is not sharing.
