BUILD OTHERWISE · ENTREPALOOZA · PILOT 1

Notice. Try. Reflect. Decide.

Start with a question, an ordinary task, or “I don’t know yet.” Explore what holds your attention, try something small if you choose, and decide what comes next.

A job, training, a project, a pause, or continued exploration are all valid directions. Entrepreneurship is one possibility — not a requirement.

Nothing you type here is sent to Entrepalooza. Every answer is saved in this browser and joined to your private journal, and it only leaves this browser if you deliberately share an entry or send feedback.

The cycle you will use again and again

01

Notice

What keeps holding your attention — without turning it into identity.

02

Try

One small, bounded, reversible try with a stop rule written before you start.

03

Reflect

What actually happened, what it cost, and what is still unknown.

04

Decide

Keep, change, test again, pause, stop, another direction, or continue looking.

The program

Ten modules, one calm list

Modules 6–10 are not built yet, and nothing here pretends otherwise. They are listed plainly so you can see where the program is going.

  1. Module 1

    Find Something Worth Exploring

Notice what holds your attention, without forcing an answer and without turning interest into identity.

    2 steps
  2. Module 2

    Learn Through One Small Try

Design one small, supported, reversible try with its boundary written first, then look honestly at what it taught and what it cost.

    3 steps
  3. Module 3

    Test How I Operate

Describe the setup around a task, change one condition, and review what helped and what it took.

    3 steps
  4. Module 4

    Check the Story, Build Evidence

Separate what happened from what it means, turn a chosen value into one observable action, and revise your statement with evidence.

    3 steps
  5. Module 5

Protect What Works and Navigate Intensity

Notice signal, story, urge and cost; protect what already works or try one small response; then check an impression and close Pilot 1.

    3 steps
  6. Module 6

    Check Reality Outside Yourself

Start with a question rather than a pitch, gather outside evidence, and sort observation from assumption.

  7. Module 7

Name the Try, Do the Try, Notice What It Taught

Name one manageable try, do it inside its limits, and notice what it taught.

    Coming later
  8. Module 8

    Check What This Costs

Make the money and labour picture visible enough to decide, without financial advice or a required venture.

    Coming later
  9. Module 9

Choose a Direction That Fits Capacity

Name a revisable current direction that fits the capacity you actually have.

    Coming later
  10. Module 10

    Build the Tribe

Name who we are together, co-design how the cohort stays connected, and choose a place in the tribe that stays revocable.

How your writing is treated

Saving keeps your words on this device, attached to the step where you wrote them.

Sharing is separate, voluntary, and per entry — you choose exactly what the program creator receives, and you can see the scope before you send it.

Writing is part of every step, and one line is enough. No step is passed over: you write something, even when you pause and come back to it.

Pilot 1 covers Getting Started and Modules 1–5. Nothing you type on these pages is sent to Entrepalooza — it stays in this browser until you choose to share it.

This is an educational workbook, not therapy or treatment. Support and concern contacts are still being confirmed.
