Tribe Threads

The cohort's own conversation

A thread is one peer practice from the curriculum, opened up for the group. Answer in your own words, or read what others noticed — taking part is always optional, and passing counts as a full answer.

Replies are posted with your name and are visible to everyone using this workbook. Your Conversation Journal is separate and stays private: nothing from it is ever posted here, and a reply only exists if you write one here yourself.

Getting Started

O.2 — peer practice

What you share is yours to choose

Passing on a personal question does not require an explanation.

You have the right to choose what you share, to pass without defending the choice, to ask who can see stored information, to request correction, and to raise a concern.

The prompt

Could you pass on a personal question without needing a reason?

Optional. Answer in your own words, read what others wrote, or pass. Nothing here asks you to describe anything personal.

A reply is posted with your name and is visible to everyone using this workbook. Sign in to add one, or keep your answer in your own private journal instead.

O.3 — peer practice

Permission before feedback

Ask before giving advice, challenging an interpretation, or sharing someone's work.

  • Respect no, not now, passing, and changing one's mind.
  • Speak about an action or a piece of evidence; do not diagnose or assign an identity.
  • Do not repeat someone's personal story, or record or photograph them, without specific permission.

The prompt

Which response would you choose: a question is okay, a suggestion is welcome, or no feedback right now?

Answer for yourself only. Nothing in this thread asks you to name, quote or describe anyone else.

Module 1 — Find Something Worth Exploring

M1-L1 — peer practice

Something that recently held your attention

Choose one entry route:

  • A thread: something already has my attention.
  • An open question: I don't know what interests me yet.
  • Observe: I'll review the example without picking a personal thread.
  • Private: I'll write a thought down without discussing it.

All four routes count the same.

The prompt

Something that recently held your attention.

All four entry routes count the same, and 'nothing clear yet' is a complete result.

Talk about patterns, never people

Never call a participant obsessive: talk about patterns, not people. No scoring of any kind, and no claim that this module converts one pattern into the other. Mixed and unclear are complete answers.

The prompt

Mixed or unclear is a complete answer: which fits here, if either?

Describe only your own situation, using the what-to-notice list. Nobody is asked to label another person.

Module 2 — Learn Through One Small Try

M2-L2 — peer practice

Ask before naming a pattern in someone else's work

Reflection is not an essay and it is not a personality verdict. It is a short evidence check.

Keep your report separate from anyone else's interpretation, and ask permission before naming a possible pattern in someone else's work.

The prompt

Could you stop or change course?

Boredom, friction, no access, no opportunity and uncertainty are data. They are not evidence of a character flaw.

Module 5 — Protect What Works and Navigate Intensity

M5-L3 — peer practice

Check an impression with the group

An intuition is an impression or a hunch. It can suggest a question, but it is not the same as evidence. Check what supports it, what challenges it, and what you do not yet know.

The prompt

What impression or assumption, if any, do you want to check?

There is no readiness judgement and no business direction implied here. Keep, change, test again, pause, stop, another direction, or continue looking all belong.

The part of the program that brings the cohort together is still being written. These threads will open when those steps are published.

Module 10 — Build the Tribe

Who we are together

We are people who notice, try, reflect and decide, and who stay connected without forcing one outcome.

Every path belongs: employment, training, a project or venture, a pause, continuing to look, or leaving.

The prompt

Our shared identity, in one line:

A short introduction of who you are now is enough; no life story, and nothing about hardship as a credential.

Module 10 — Build the Tribe

How we stay connected

Together, sketch a simple connection map: how often people want contact, which channels, and which group practices from earlier modules to keep.

The prompt

What would still work during a new job or a quiet season?

Mark each item as proposed or actually available. Something proposed is not something that exists yet.

Module 10 — Build the Tribe

Choose your place in the tribe

Three equal ways to stay connected:

  1. Stay close: active connection with the group.
  2. Light touch: updates, an annual check-in, optional events.
  3. Private / pause: still a member, with no contact or delayed contact.

Optional roles, if you want one: host, peer witness or resource sharer. Each is voluntary, time-limited and can be dropped.

The prompt

My connection choice:

No public story, mentoring, unpaid labour, venture continuation or permanent attendance is required, and no one is auto-enrolled in anything.

Not open yet. This part of the program is still being written, so replies are closed here for now.

Pilot 1 covers Getting Started and Modules 1–5. Nothing you type on these pages is sent to Entrepalooza — it stays in this browser until you choose to share it.

This is an educational workbook, not therapy or treatment. Support and concern contacts are still being confirmed.
