Personal fit and outside reality are connected, but they are not the same question. Enjoying an activity does not establish demand for it. A promising course or workplace does not automatically fit your time, access, energy, or responsibilities.

Check at least one practical detail where possible: current hours, eligibility, cost, location, transport, or requirements. Then compare the evidence with your interests, useful working conditions, required resources, uncertainty, and effects on health, relationships, rest, support, and responsibilities.

For example, a course may interest you and have clear entry requirements, but its timetable may be unworkable. The accurate conclusion can hold all three facts. You could investigate another format, park the option, or choose another direction; interest does not obligate you to enrol.

Only on the problem/opportunity branch, use Problem Fit × Builder Fit as an unscored conversation: is the problem supported by evidence, do you want to investigate it, and are the demands workable? A strong outside opportunity with poor personal fit is not automatically the right next step.

Your discovery decision can be Continue, Redefine, Research, Park, Stop, Another Direction, or Continue Looking. A next exposure or ethical response test is optional. Continued exploration does not require a test. You can finish without advancing to the next module.

Journal minimum: Save at least one short note in a Try or Reflect box for this lesson. You do not have to answer every question. Write what you noticed, a question, or what you still do not know. If you have not tried the activity, say so. You can use the example instead of personal details. This leaves something to return to in later lessons. Saving is not sharing.
