A review helps you decide what to do with what you learned. It is not a graduation test, and you do not need a positive result to finish. Start by comparing what you expected with what actually happened.

Include the conditions and after-effects. Perhaps an activity held your attention but left little energy for an important responsibility. Perhaps you enjoyed it only when instructions were clear. Perhaps you could not access it at all. These lead to different questions, not a single success or failure score.

Your Next Decision can be Keep, Change, Test Again, Pause/Park, Stop, Another Direction, or Continue Looking. Use Keep for something worth continuing, Change for an adjustment, and Test Again when another observation would be useful. Pause and Stop protect the option not to continue. Another Direction and Continue Looking leave room for a different possibility or an unanswered question.

For example: “The task interested me, but the session was too long. I might try a shorter version” identifies both evidence and an adjustment. “Access was blocked; I do not know whether I like it” preserves an honest unknown.

Optional ratings are noticing tools, not cutoffs or rankings. You choose what to carry forward. A useful try is not proof of destiny, readiness, or a change in passion pattern.

Journal minimum: Save at least one short note in a Try or Reflect box for this lesson. You do not have to answer every question. Write what you noticed, a question, or what you still do not know. If you have not tried the activity, say so. You can use the example instead of personal details. This leaves something to return to in later lessons. Saving is not sharing.
