How we stay connected

A connection map describes how the group might stay in touch. It is separate from anyone’s private Life Map. Its purpose is to make expectations clear, not to create an obligation to remain active.

Discuss three practical questions: how often people want contact, which channels are accessible and acceptable, and which peer practices are worth keeping. Earlier practices such as asking permission, listening, passing, and giving bounded feedback can travel into future contact without requiring personal disclosure.

Mark every item as proposed or actually available. For example, “Monthly online check-in—proposed, no host confirmed” is honest. “Monthly check-in—available, with a confirmed host and channel” describes a different situation. An idea does not become a service simply because it appears on the map.

Ask what a channel would require: a device, data, an account, visible contact information, or time. Do not assume everyone can or wants to use it. Agree what may be shared and how someone can step back.

Do not present mentor placements, support services, or events as available before operations exist. A group preference does not enrol individual members. Each person still chooses whether, how, and when to stay connected.

Journal minimum: Save at least one short note in a Try or Reflect box for this lesson. You do not have to answer every question. Write what you noticed, a question, or what you still do not know. If you have not tried the activity, say so. You can use the example instead of personal details. This leaves something to return to in later lessons. Saving is not sharing.

Pilot 1 covers Getting Started and Modules 1–5. Nothing you type on these pages is sent to Entrepalooza — it stays in this browser until you choose to share it.

This is an educational workbook, not therapy or treatment. Support and concern contacts are still being confirmed.
