The shared practice is noticing, trying, reflecting, and deciding—not reaching one approved destination. A group can stay connected across different outcomes without deciding which outcome counts most.

Employment, training, a project or venture, a pause, continued looking, and leaving all belong. Someone who chooses a job or never finds a clear passion is not a lesser participant. Completing more activities does not give anyone authority over another person’s private choices.

For example, two people might learn from the same session and make different decisions: one continues a project, while the other parks it to protect a work schedule. They can still exchange useful observations without treating either decision as a failure.

Group norms keep this possible: ask before offering feedback, accept passing, allow disagreement, respect privacy, and let people change their minds or leave. Belonging does not mean accepting advice, sharing a story, or maintaining contact forever.

You can describe who you are now in a few words, or choose not to introduce yourself personally. No trauma story, hardship narrative, or “scars” is an admission ticket. Shared identity here is an invitation to practice together, not a demand to adopt a label.

Journal minimum: Save at least one short note in a Try or Reflect box for this lesson. You do not have to answer every question. Write what you noticed, a question, or what you still do not know. If you have not tried the activity, say so. You can use the example instead of personal details. This leaves something to return to in later lessons. Saving is not sharing.

This is an educational workbook, not therapy or treatment. Support and concern contacts are still being confirmed.
